Terms & Conditions

In order to protect both you the client, and myself DJC, the following are my Terms & Conditions of business.

If there is anything you need explained more fully, please don’t hesitate to contact us. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding contract. 

Collection & Return by CUSTOMER ONLY 

All products should be collected & returned by the customer at the booked dates from our unit (address on collection receipt )

 If the equipment is returned after the agreed day and time there will be an extra week’s charge.

Payment & Bookings Details

No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received to secure equipment on chosen dates.

Both DJC and client offer assurances that no previous bookings exist with other clients I companies that would affect the booking.

 Payments can be made by card, PayPal or online banking as stated on the invoice.

Conduct & Security

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the audience and anyone other than DJC’s team conduct themselves in a proper manner. DJC will not be held responsible for any actions, behaviour or damage caused by those attending the event, under any circumstances.

In such circumstances no fee will be refundable, and any damages or loss will be reclaimed from the client. Any illegal behaviour will be reported to the police.

The Hirer will always be responsible for the ensuring the security of the Equipment. Any costs arising from the Equipment not being secured are chargeable to the Hirer

 Health & Safety

It is solely the responsibility of the client to ensure the venue complies with Health & Safety, and holds all necessary certification, Public Liability Insurance, Public Performance Licenses etc.

DJC will ensure their equipment fully complies with all the relevant Health & Safety Legislation regarding the equipment & personnel.

 

Please be aware that some items require 2 people to load equipment into vehicle – DJC will not be able to load equipment under any circumstances due to covid regulations.
